            Minutes of ARSA meeting 10/27/04

Chairman James Kelly called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Topics of discussion were the retirement plane agreed to by ACRE and proposed adjustments to
the medical plan.

At the meeting, Financial Secretary, Jim Doherty announced his retirement from the Company
and resignation as Secretary. His work within the Local will be sorely missed. Best wishes to Jim
and his wife Josephine. T. Murphy will assume the duties of Financial Secretary-Treasurer until
formal elections can be held. Current dues paying procedures will remain unchanged.
